Years ago, I invented pepper spray and I hold numerous patents. From a simple wooden table in a 350-square-foot apartment in Washington DC, I built a company that grew into a 2-million-square-foot global operation distributing products to 47 countries. Because of my efforts every police officer around the world has a pepper spray on their duty belt and many lives have been saved. I went on to become a professor of business MBA and Professor of Eastern philosophy. I advised senior executives at Apple® for more than a decade. My life has taken me across the world including Asia, Europe, Russia and India, and always back to my home, the United States, where I’ve lived for the past 50 years.

My whole life, I’ve been on a quest to understand what life really means, how it unfolds and whether there’s a blueprint for living a healthy, happy and prosperous life. I sought guidance from great minds: scientists, philosophers, visionaries, and wise teachers. That journey led me to read over 7,000 books, travel across the globe, and learn from extraordinary individuals who truly grasped life’s complexities.

The Start of a Bigger Story

From a young age, I was also fascinated by the lifelong discipline of Japanese warriors, from Judo and Karate to the traditions of the Samurai, which inspired many years of study and practice. I was equally drawn to the workings of the mind, leading me to explore Eastern approach to hypnosis and to deeply immerse myself in yoga and meditation while living in India. These long years of dedicated practice brought about numerous profound mystical experiences, some of which have permanently shifted my perception.

After years of effort, I finally achieved my dreams, but life had other plans. A series of trials and tribulations culminated in a perfect storm that wiped everything away. What followed was a period of financial hardship, relentless testing that forced me to start over and rebuild once more. Like a phoenix, burning, falling, and rising from its own ashes, I drew on everything I had learned throughout my life and rose again.

Looking back, I wish someone had handed me a “manual for life,” saving me the lifetime it took to figure things out. The truth is, there is a process for living a healthy, happy, and wealthy life, and it rests on the management of four essential core pillars. Just like a table needs four legs to stand, a balanced life relies on four foundational pillars:

  • Mental Wellness

  • Physical Fitness

  • Happy Relationships

  • Wealth

If even one leg of this table is weak, the whole structure wobbles. This is why I founded Rise of Giants: to share not only my own discoveries, but also the insights of the luminaries and giants who came before me. Rise of Giants is the most powerful and profound rapid calibration of your mind, body, relationships, and income. The time has come for your to rise.
